Ordered my wife a bathing suit which was a 2 piece shown together in the photo, but sold seperately. The bottom came in quickly, but the top was back ordered for 3 months. The top was oddly sized and would not form correctly like a normal swim suit top. We were both disappointed and shipped both back to the company. 30 days late my wife received a credit for her top. 90 days later her bottom comes back to her in the mail saying that it was returned due to going past the grace period. I called them and explained to them that it was not our fault that the top was back ordered 90 days. There argument was that they were 2 separate pieces sold separately and they could not due anything. They were sorry, really? What a way to lose customers. Luckily, the credit can be used for Woman Within which we have had good luck with. However it is the point of doing business with customer so they come back to shop. Horrible company that does NOT make their customer first. Too bad you can't do zero or negative stars like others have suggested!
