Culture. Just simple poor culture at this Dealership! - and that starts at the top with the management and the culture they push. I bought a brand new HD recently and the product was the only thing good about the experience. They have absolutely no respect for the customer - other than their money. Every single experience from the top to the bottom with employees speaks to their poor cutlure. 10 out of 10 people you talk to in Denver have the same oppinion of Avalanche - which should have been enough to steer me away from buying there- but I didn't listen. Lets just say - they were correct and I should have listened. Just my humble oppinion - but if you are considering spending some of your hard earned money - I would stay clear of this place as they have no respect for you as a customer. Thats it.
