I ordered a mandolin case for $348. Their website said they had 15 in stock.
Two days later they email me; do I want to wait for the item on back order, or choose a different case?
Told them no I wanted my money back. And asked when they would refund my money.
They said they would 'process' the refund in 5 to 9 days.
Two weeks later I am still waiting...
The worst part is their attitude... Like I am a bother for wanting my money back.
