We ordered retail mugs for my coffee shop for holiday gift shopping. Several of our customers requested stainless steel mugs with our logo on them, and Logotoyou.com had a decent price on them with a promised 24 hour turnaround time and 5 day shipping. We placed our order on 11/28. On 11/29 they sent us an email that our vectored art didn't load at the site. We emailed the requested file of the correct size/resolution. We recieved an email 2 days later that we needed to approve the art. My partner immediately replied to the email and approved it, stating that we had expected this to go to print 2 days previous. On 12/9 we got an email WITH OUR APPROVAL EMAIL ATTACHED from a representative that said she never got our approval. We forwarded the email back to her and told her that we needed her to respond immediately with a date we could expect our goods to arrive. On 12/20 we received another email from her saying that they didn't have the goods and they won't be able to ship the mugs out until after the end of next week, which would be at that point 12/30. I demanded a refund. They now refuse to return my calls or respond to my emails and I have gotten no resolution.
