“Horrible company!”

I concur with the rest of you in protesting about this horrible company. They lock you out from your account, activate auto-renewal when it is unwanted, and have a support email that doesn't work! I have a suspicion that they somehow took over from the legit company where I originally bought my domains from many years ago and where everything worked as expected!

They do not have support by email (the email support is no longer in use) and they do not answer...
