First time placing an order with Aquinas and More, and realised that there are several unhappy customers with the same problems with orders, or payments. I have also encountered this issue with this company even though, I have spoken to Ian and still no follow up with regards to my several emails that I have sent, I have no clue how this place operates in 2019. But communication is Key to run a successful business. I do hope I get my tacking information on my item, or else I would have to cancel my order.
The customer was told by me before he placed the order that the rosary was not in stock but still complained that it didn't ship immediately. I spoke with him several times on the phone before he ordered and after because of a payment issue. We received two emails about his order. The first related to a payment issue that we resolved over the phone the next day. The second was an email sent on Saturday which we replied to the following Monday. We cancelled the order at the customer's request.
