I placed an order for 2 shirts on February 16th. After 10 days, I received no product. On Februrary 26th, I asked for a status update on my order, they responded the next day and said my order had not been processed. They gave me the option to have them process the order or receive a refund. I asked them to process the order. By March 10th I had no product and have received no communication regarding my order.
