“This is not a trustworthy company”

We purchased a small children's theatre in Aug of 2020 and used brown paper tickets for our first three shows in Dec 2020 and Jan 2021 and have yet to be paid. Our customers purchased those tickets. When I email I get a standard email back. I have never been able to get anyone on the phone. We nearly lost our business due to the incompetence. We have yet to see our money and still cant talk with anyone.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPNAY! They were actually going to let me sign up for more shows but something inside me said to find someone else. I did and we get paid within 5 days of the show closing.
