They're shady just like car dealerships. They're complete liars. Carloan.com and carloans.com same company said they have great rating with BBB. Not true they have the worst rating. Carloan.com and carloans.com I contacted them they lie and do shady business. They're with Nissan carson city I went there they tried to pull that shady business on me.

Beware African Americans stay away from Carson City Toyota dealership. They're rude they lie to your face and will threatened you. I was threatened by the Customer Relations Manager Danielle Diez. They won't address the issue that happen on June 19th 2023.
