I ordered my lenses and paid extra for express shipping (4-7 days) and it still took a month. They refuse to refund the additional shipping charges I paid and won't even let me return my contacts without paying MORE SHIPPING. The event I needed the contacts for passed, and now I have lenses I paid extra for. I used to buy with them but this experience makes me feel like I am not valued as a customer. Their products are good, but I I very disappointed with their service.
