A partial list of my Puritan Pride vitamin orders is attached as verification. My last order on 11/28/2023, although shown as having shipped, had not been sent by 12/17/2023 when I emailed customer service or by 1/2/2024 when I talked to a customer service agent. He said one of the five items I ordered was on backorder. I was given a case number, and he agreed to cancel the order and promised that a credit would be issued within, I believe, seven business days. As of 1//22/2024, 20 days later, no credit has been posted to my account, so I sent another email request. I view these failures to respond as symptoms of a company having operational and control problems. Even if they have a quality product, it's not worth the price if you don't receive the goods or a refund within a reasonable time. I would think twice before ordering from Puritan again.
