I have bought several times from the zootique, but the one time I had a problem with an order that didn't live up to their picture, description, or my expectations, they refused to refund my money, and the owner herself got on the phone and had absolutely no people skills., very rude and unpleasant, I will never buy anything from them ever again. Neither will all my friends, family, and crafty moms that create cute stuff with me
