I am Dr. Snehal Joshi want to give my feed back regarding neem holidays.In the month of July 14th 2019, we visited Russia with Neem Holidays. This tour was not properly managed.The Neem holiday manager (Sanyukta) placed in Russia was not having much experience and she spoiled our whole tour. Daily the sightseeing was started at about 10 am and one day she started it at 11 am as per her convenience in Saint Pittsburgh. Actually there is lot to see in Pittsburgh but as our sightseeing were started late we could not see properly Hermitage Museum, Pushkin Palace, Split blood cathedral etc. More so once in Moscow without taking head count she took the bus to the hotel and myself and one of my friend we were left back in the restaurant where we had our dinner. Fortunately the restaurant owner was very helpful n kind who called a cab and explained properly the address of our hotel in Russian to the cab driver and helped us to reach the hotel safely, otherwise we were in difficult situation as we cant't speak Russian language and in Russia it is extremely difficult to move around without knowing Russian. Considering all these facts though we could save some money for this tour as compared to other well established travel agents if we would have been opted, we are extremely unhappy with Neem holidays and will not recommend to anybody.
