So first off, I've never heard of this company before but the above complaint is absolutely accurate! I had gotten sent a link for a promotional offer through usps which consisted of 5 or 6 different offers to choose from. I had no interest in any of the offers so I thought the caspari watch would be something my girl would like since she likes accessories and stuff like that. All that was required was a shipping and handling charge once I paid for that I was sent an email receipt stating that I had just signed up for a trial period through caspari which was NOT noted before in the transaction! Also it had stated that if I wished to cancel to follow the link to the site select cancellation which that directed me to a page which only gave me the option to email asking for the bogus subscription to be canceled. I sent this email 5 DIFFERENT TIMES! NOT ONE RESPONSE FROM CASPARI! Also no phone number was provided to speak with customer service. Not until after I was charged was I able to get into contact with them through phone because their number was posted to the charge on my account. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE once someone does answer the phone and they REFUSED to let me speak with a supervisor of some kind. Oh and to top it all off the watch didn't even work!
