I have been ordering from Heartland America since 1999. I have only returned some boots that did not fit. One thing I especially love is you will find items there that you sometimes cannot find from other companies. I get compliments on the boots and shoes I have purchased there. I look forward to the catalog to see what is in there each month. I always get my packages on a timely basis. I definitely recommend them and will continue to enjoy their products!
