Absolutely horrible customer service from the beginning to end. I ordered 12 roses with 12 Ferraro Roche chocolates all in a black box with a drawer containing the chocolates.
The payment only through PayPal was with a totally different name and delivery.
I contacted the Philippines Flower Shop and asked the delivery date.they told me to not bother them and check myself. They finally assured me of the date...then it came last minute and looked nothing like what I ordered...no box at all.and a small cup with a few chocolates in it...Terrible
