Just recently I had cause to have the need to want the services of a "Medical Negligence Law" firm ".
I heard on Smooth Radio London UK an advertisement for Harris Fowler who are a firm of solicitors that puport to be able to help with"Medical Negligence"
I have a case of "Medical Negligence" with regards to "Practice Plus" an eye hospital in Gillingham Kent UK
I approached Harris Fowler
I gave this so called medical negligence firm of solicitors the full history of my medical negligence that I have against Practice Plus
There answer to my case was that my case of medical negligence was not worth doing so Harris Fowler totally dismissed my case of medical negligence
So why are Harris Fowler medical negligence solutions allowed to practice as medical negligence solicitors
Today Tuesday 19 September 2023 I have heard an advertisement for Harris Fowler medical negligence solicitors about twice on Smooth Radio London UK
I have been denied the service of a medical negligence solicitors who purported to help with medical negligence cases
When you deal with Harris Fowler Solicitors be prepared to be disappointed
DO NOT rely on the legal services of Harris Fowler medical negligence solicitors

Today Friday 08 September 2023 myself and my friend who are both Lloyds Bank Customers went to our local branch of Lloyds Bank Sittingbourne Kent as my friend wanted to ask for an appointment with Mrs Lisa Haynes Lloyds Bank Sittingbourne Kent assistant branch manager at Lloyds Bank Sittingbourne Kent
There was two female Lloyds Bank employees at the reception desk of Lloyds Bank Sittingbourne Kent branch
Female Jo just got up and left the other Lloyds Bank Sittingbourne Kent branch employee asked us what we wanted to do
My friend asked for Mrs Lisa Haynes Lloyds Bank Sittingbourne Kent branch assistant branch manager
The female Lloyds Bank Sittingbourne Kent branch employee told us that Mrs Lisa Hsynes is away on (jury service) we were asked if there was any other Lloyds Bank Sittingbourne Kent branch employee to whom we would like to engage with
The only other female Lloyds Bank Sittingbourne Kent branch employee available would be Jo (female) Lloyds Bank Sittingbourne Kent branch assistant
We said no to the offer due to the fact that we have had Jo (female) Lloyds Bank Sittingbourne Kent branch employee with regards to a previous change of a Lloyds Bank account and Jo (female) just totally mismanaged the whole account change
Jo (female) Lloyds Bank Sittingbourne Kent branch employee is known to suffer from autism and we were not going to go through the horrendous encounter from the last Lloyds Bank account change with Jo (female) Lloyds Bank Sittingbourne Kent branch employee who totally mismanaged the whole change over of an Lloyds Bank Savings account that my friend had
Apart from this encounter there is absolutely no competent Lloyds Bank Sittingbourne Kent branch staff to whom one is able to trust 100%
There are only a very few Lloyds Bank Sittingbourne Kent branch staff to whom one would truly trust with being able to help with Lloyds Bank account business

I have a friend who I am trying to help with claiming past Lloyds Bank account service charges
This is all because we had an internet pop-up saying that it was possible to reclaim past Lloyds Bank account service charges
The company that was going to perform the service of reclaiming Lloyds Bank account service charges was a perfectly respectable firm of solicitors
We made an application online to this firm of solicitors for them to act on our behalf to reclaim the past Lloyds Bank account service charges. We were accepted as a customer of this firm of solicitors
We completed all of the necessary forms for account with this firm of solicitors
We were assured that this firm of solicitors would most definitely be able to help us with the claim of past Lloyds Bank account service charges
This firm of solicitors went ahead and started the claim against Lloyds Bank for the reclaim of past Lloyds Bank account service charges
Months went past
We made various inquiries to this firm of solicitors as to how the process of reclaiming Lloyds Bank account service charges
It would appear that this firm of solicitors was progressing with our claim of past Lloyds Bank account service charges
In order to help this firm of solicitors with the claim of past Lloyds Bank account service charges we sent to the firm of solicitors the Lloyds Bank account paper file history of the Lloyds Bank account past history for which the firm of solicitors thanked us for our help
The firm of solicitors had to deal with the Manager for Lloyds Bank Customer Service
We had a year of emails with the firm of solicitors also providing paper documents evidence of account history of Lloyds Bank
Eventually this firm of solicitors got really really fed up with Lloyds Bank continually putting obstructive continual excuses for not responding. Apparently one excuse from Lloyds Bank Customer Service was that Lloyds Bank had apparently lost all my account history
This firm of solicitors handed this claim of past Lloyds Bank account service charges to the Financial Ombudsman
Lloyds Bank Customer Service Manager who supposedly was the man dealing with my claim of past Lloyds Bank account service charges was continually putting obstructive excuses for not responding and for not agreeing with the Financial Ombudsman to the payment of£9'000.00 from Lloyds Bank for the reclaim payment of past Lloyds Bank account service charges
The Financial Ombudsman eventually dismissed my claim of£9'000.00 for the reclaim payment of past Lloyds Bank account service charges
The outcome of this was because Mr Qasi Hasan Lloyds Bank Customer Service Manager did not believe or even agree with us or the firm of solicitors about the amount of money to be paid back to us with regards to the Lloyds Bank account service charges of the past
Apparently Mr Qasi Hasan Lloyds Bank Customer Service Manager was continually lying about the actual facts about my Lloyds Bank account history and saying completely different facts about my Lloyds Bank account history that just did not apply to my claim of past Lloyds Bank account service charges
We sent a letter personally addressed to Mr Qasi Hasan Lloyds Bank Customer Service Manager asking various questions as to why my claim of past Lloyds Bank account service charges and to why Mr Qasi Hasan Lloyds Bank account manager was continually lying about the facts about my Lloyds Bank account history
We never ever ever ever had a reply from Mr Qasi Hasan Lloyds Bank Customer Service Manager
We did escalate this issue to the current CEO of Lloyds Banking Group in the hope that this issue would be finally resolved and I then hopefully would receive a response to the payment of past Lloyds Bank account service charges for £9'000.00
We never ever ever had a courteous reply from Lloyds Bank, neither a courteous reply from Mr Qasi Hasan Lloyds Bank Customer Service Manager with respect to the lying and deceitful answers that was supplied by Mr Qasi Hasan Lloyds Bank Customer Service Manager
All in all Lloyds Bank look like a totally cowboy financial services provider who do not really care about their customer base
