Voguepay always delays your withdrawals. After loosing their license in November they lost a lot of clients. They also have new rules which are not really feasible for any business. I tried them again in March and their transactions are always getting declined. Some countries like ITALY is not even in the country list. All my italian customers' cards were declining.
Since April 24th i am trying to withdraw 900 euros. They couldnt calculate my withdrawal since then, and i am still sending them emails everyday. All i got is their default email. "Compliments of the day to you. We apologize for the delay in responding to your email." After i get my money (IF I CAN) i am closing my account and never again. They also asked me to open a VIRTUAL company in NIGERIA to have better success rate in transactions. Never ending story with their problems in their system. They also have financial problems as i see. Stay away if you are planning to use them. Once they were good, but not anymore.
This is the message they kept sending for 15 days. They just drive you crazy

So basically they say, we will see what we can do in the near future swiftly smoothly but dont expect any money any time soon but we will keep apologizing from your and keep forwarding your request to many departments we have until you are fed up with our emails and leave the funds to us for good which we cannot pay you back ever.
