My recent experience with Product Review has clarified that it's a dodgy company.
I and my partner hired Clearly Strata Reports and it came out as a dodgy company. We dragged them to court and have won the case. Now Penrith Court has ordered Clearly Strata Reports to refund us and the company is not refunding us. Product review has removed both our comments and invoice to support that dodgy company. They have forgotten that they are under ACCC and Australian Consumer Act.
Tip for consumers:
We hired Clearly Strata Reports for building & pest inspection for a property. We paid the amount and as part of that job they agreed, they didn’t provide a single photo and the damages mentioned in the report are generic utterly rubbish. We lodged a court case against them & we have won the case. We lodged a case to court and have won the case. Penrith Court has ordered Clearly Strata Reports to refund us and the company is not refunding us. Product review has removed our comments to support it
