My Dad purchased a LEATHER NATUZZI SECTIONAL SOFA. A few weeks after purchase the "Leather" started peeling and flaking off, and the seams started coming apart. My Sister contacted Haynes; their Customer Service said, oh it must not be Leather. Yes. It's Leather. The paperwork says LEATHER NATUZZI SECTIONAL SOFA. Haynes Furniture Company would not stand behind their product. They would not repair, replace, or refund their awful product. Natuzzi Furniture Company would not stand behind their product. They would not repair, replace, or refund their awful product. HAYNES FURNITURE COMPANY AND NATUZZI FURNITURE COMPANY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES! Haynes Furniture Company did not stand behind a product they sold. Natuzzi Furniture Company did not stand behind a product that they produce. My 90 years young Dad paid a premium price for a Leather Natuzzi Sectional Sofa. What he got was garbage. Not only do you sell a product of poor quality, you don't stand behind that product or provide ANY Customer Service! AND, the company you purchase from doesn't stand behind their poor quality and workmanship. You sell poor quality products with lousy workmanship and your customer service is awful. I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND HAYNES FURNITURE COMPANY OR NATUZZI FURNITURE COMPANY!
