First time buying from ugg and its the worst experience ever, bought a boots for my daughter, item came which was the complete opposite of what i ordered, i tried to contact ugg no telephone number, only email or web chat which i find it to be ridiculous. I returned the item as i was told to do so by customer agent on web chat. Item was delivered back to ugg on the following day but still no sign of my original order, went on web chat a few days later and happen to get the same agent again who promised me he or she would sort this out of me, its almost a week since i retuned the incorrect order and I'm still yet to get an email from ugg to say that my item has been shipped. I'm lost at this point because i don't know what else to do to get my daughters boots that i paid £121 for. I will never ever buy anything from ugg. Its the most painful experience, I'm next to tears, the warehouse made a mistake by shipping the wrong order, why do i have to suffer for their mistake, this should be priority, sending out my item that i have paid for.
