I changed my order twice. I wrote several emails and they were all answered by the next business day. When I spoke with customer service they were very polite and knew exactly what to do to make the changes I asked for. I wanted classy looking glasses and they have an enormous amount to choose from so that's exactly what I recieved. Good job Designer Optics!
