I am experiencing not being able to log in to the site for a few days now. My 'advisor' is unreachable, when I respond to an email she sent me it comes back as undeliverable. The site itself may be great BUT if you are offered an advisor, run away! I can't believe I allowed myself to get scammed, luckily it wasn't for that much money but it still stings.
Tip for consumers:
If an 'advisor' offers to help you, do not accept.

I reached out to a different investment site and this version of Global X-Trade came up. I followed through with the sign up process even though my gut was yelling at me to stop. It 'seemed' legit as I was contacted by 3 different people during the process. Well, there was constant contact and they asked me if I was able to commit 1000 USD to buy shares in oil. I did not commit. A couple of days ago I tried to login to the site to see what my investment was like and could not. I was contacted by my 'advisor' again and I told her I could not login, she said they were updating and I would be able to login the next day. I still cannot and have had no further contact from them.
