I recently ordered a two-piece item that was listed as one price. I received only the tops for the item once the shipment finally arrived. First of all, the shipment was delayed and there was no communication with me about it until I kept reaching out to find out if there was an issue. Secondly, when I inquired about the bottoms for the two piece outfits, I was told that they are sold separately. I sent a screenshot of the website, showing that the item is listed as a two-piece with one price. Instead of honoring the price, they changed the website and added the bottom as a separate price and refused to honor the initial price. The Customer Service Representative even tried to unscrupulously convince me that the items have always been priced separately, even though I have my original invoice and screenshot showing the one price for the two-pieces. Beware, this company does not have good customer service, is dishonest, and does not value its customers!!
