I ordered three pair of pants from this company 3 months ago. When they finally came, one had a hole in the knee. The other was transparent, and I didn't even bother with the third. When I returned the parcel, per their website, I actually had to pay for shipping because they didn't include a return label, even though they stated that they do. After speaking back and forth through email for over a month, I received a follow up stating that they will only give me a partial refund because i sent it to wrong address. EVEN THOUGH I SENT IT TO THE ONE PROVIDED. I never leave reviews, but this absolutely ridiculous.
