I purchased an item from Almina Concept that didn't work out. I returned the brand new item (with tags attached) back within 24 hours and received confirmation that they received the item. I'm more than 1 month out and they are not refunding my money back. What's worse is they claim that they refunded my money. I would never recommend this business to anyone. They lie to their customers and have zero integrity.
