When my order was taking too long, I contacted them to ask if it could be sent to another address because I would be traveling soon. They responded promptly as if they were going to accommodate me, and still sent it to the old address. After a lot of hassle with FedEx I was finally able to retrieve my package, only to find out that the sunblock I ordered was not what was advertised. Will never use them again.
