RIPPED OFF!

Ive recently ordered some ugg boots from this website (£67.36) they said they would e-mail my tracking number within 24 hours the tracking number never came so i e-mailed the website 3 times still never heard anything then yeterday 19/9/2011 i decided i would try for a refund but when i put the web address in the site wouldnt load now it keeps coming up with ERROR i doubt very much i will ever see my ugg boots ive had to cancel my bank card incase they try take more money the bank are going to try and refund the money but thats not the point can't believe people can do this don't think i will be internet shopping again!
