I ordered 2 patches and order confirmation said I ordered 4. I immediately contacted customer service and was told they would "try" to contact warehouse. Received notification my still incorrect order had shipped just hours later!
I go to return the extra packages, and they attempt to thwart the process first. I finally get return info- pay for shipping/ tracking, here we sit 2.5 weeks later with no refund! Customer service apologizes for my delay and assures me that I will receive refund once it's "processed" through returns. DO not do business with this company -shady
