The website Http://www.asys.com.au takes your money and does not send paid for items. In my case, that's $2753 you read right Two Thousand Seven Hundred and Fifty-Three dollars! Gone. The website looks great / professional. BUT BEWARE! Once you pay your money, you never hear from them again. They don't ever answer phone calls, emails, or faxes. I am taking legal action against them. VISA CARD says they are investigating my problem.
Surely there must be a way of shutting this website down. I wish I had of checked the web before the purchase, as there are 100's of other complaints there also. asys.com.au is an Australian site, and the Asys Computers company is registered in Australia. I had cancelled my order whenI didnt get any replies from them in a few days, but they still took my money. Can anyone help me? Any one with same problems with Asys Computers? -Scott
