I ordered a pair of broken promises roller skates. I was sent two LEFT feet. The box was extremely EXTREMELY terribly packaged in a huge box and mangled when it got here, which I could have dealt with fine. But once I saw there was two left feet I tried to contact customer service, no answer for an entire hour. Their customer service is nonexistent. So I ended up having to call my local zumiez, they were very very helpful in getting me a new pair, however the design I wanted was completely sold out so that was extremely extremely disappointing especially for the price I got them for. All I'm trying to do in this review is save someone else the hassle of this, especially since I don't have a vehicle myself and I had to take expensive Lyfts down to zumiez. Please just go into zumiez if there's one near you, the people are helpful and you can try things on to make sure they're properly made and packaged. Their online service is the worst customer service I think I have ever recieved. As you can see in the photos aswell, only one skate had a bag around it. They also threw about a million stickers in there so I believe they knew something in the order was wrong. This was just supposed to be a Christmas present to myself so it just sucks that it had to turn out this way. Luka the manager at Arden fair was very helpful though.
