“Charged card, no email confirming order though”

Ordered glasses for $150. No emailed invoice, no text confirmation of order. Contacted company and they still didn't offer an invoice, 3 weeks after ordering/credit card charge I'm still waiting for invoice via email or delivery message of any kind as proof of my order. Thinking about reporting to credit card company. Are they a scam company?

Typical order from China scam? Is this a legit company?

Products used:
No product arrived. No invoice email either. Only charged my credit card!!!
