Instead of my book arriving, I had a package containing clothes from a company I had never heard of. I contacted that company and they were able to work out that the book I had ordered from Campsie books had gone to their customer and I had received their customer's clothing in error.
I have tried emailing Campsie books but not had a response.
Trying to track the parcel is very onerous involving downloading an app called "Shop" which I haven't been able to open.
All in all, very frustrating and meanwhile my book is still Sat at a stranger's house.
Apologies for Evri's mix up Sarah. It's also unfortunate that both our emails to each other ended up in spam folders.
I'm working on a solution now - dont worry, it'll get resolved either by you getting your book or a full refund... Apologies again Sarah. Thanks for your patience and glad you finally got your book.
