“No notification of subscription running out”

Yes I know I can have autopay set-up for Cleverbridge, but I choose to control my cash outflow and would rather manually pay yearly. But you think that before cancelling my subrcriptions that Not-So-CleverBridge could send an email indicating an impending due date. No, they aren't as clever as they think they are. I just wish I could deal with the creators of the software so I could get reasonable service. Cleverbridge now clams that it might take over 24 hours to process a payment--in 2023? It's a credit card... have at er and get my business up and running again!

Tip for consumers:
Software Developers can do much better than Cleverbridge if they need to use a third-party sales force.
