I ordered product, paid via card, never received email confirmation, got on chat with Rebekah, received shipping tracking number, contacted usps who informed me they never received parcel. Money gone, product gone, in times when funds are tight, this should be a crime. Internet says they are out of business, still taking orders, taking funds, but not shipping.
