Please, be very careful. This is not a great product and it is not worth the price. The gold color started to fade after a week of installation. Fast floors charged me a lot of money the product and shipping. Waist of money and time.

Hi Sandy, we are not happy to hear you had an issue with the tile you received. We sent this image to our installation team and they stated, based on the picture, it looks like the contractor grouted over the gold tiles and this is why it looks this way. We have sold a lot of Emser Tile over the years and we have not run into an issue like this with them. However, if there is a tile defect, we can replace it for you. We would file the claim for you and we would do all the hard work with Emser to either get you a replacement or reimbursement if the tile is defective. If you believe the tile to be defective please email claims@fastfloors.com or call us at (800) 498-1750 and ask for the claims department. We will be more than happy to assist you with this situation.
