Bought two gold Italian chains and three pearl necklaces. The pearl necklaces arrived but not the gold chains. When i tried to contact the website and trace my purchases the website was down, "apparently a platform update". When the website was up again the company had a minor name change and conveniently all their purchase reference numbers were lost. I contacted the company on various occasions, sent them the screen shots of the purchases I had made. Final result- lots of emails and apologies but no gold chains or a refund.
