I do not recommend this agency at all, HORRIBLE customer review and I would never ever re book with them. Nelson (the name of the "manager" has bad attitude and took almost £5,000 from me for a return flight then I'm now finding out (while I'm on holiday) that I do not have a return flight that it's one way. So where's my money? I have no clue. Now stranded in Jamaica going back and forth with flight guru and British airways. I am distressed and mentally drained from what this agency is bringing me through, not to mention how frustrated my kids are. This company is a FRAUD AND A FAÇADE.

We believe you may have confused us for another company. We do not have a manager named Nelson, and we charge in USD. There is a UK-based company with a very similar name to ours. We are flightguru.com (a US-based company). If you find in fact that this is the case can you kindly remove this review?
