When they want business they offer the moon. Prajith who was then the center manager gave all kinds of promises convincing us to enroll for immigration services to Australia, the intention was just to grab the fee of ******* and afterwards they became cold. The vackvend team don't answer your calls nor call back. They only delay matters.
