“Excess of Fees”

Like others have noted, I've had issues with the fees. If you use credit card (which most people will, protection-wise), you're charged a 3% processing fee. However, this is against state law where I am (Massachusetts), where the law states that no seller in any sales transaction may impose a surcharge for someone electing to pay via card instead of ACH/etc.

“FYI- Be careful because I had a lady I had been talking with and she sent a deposit and they refunded because she called and said it was sent by mistake! However she really found another dog another breeder on their site!”
