I ordered the Retro Runner. On the day that I received the shoe, the Rag & Bone website showed the price had decreased. I requested a price adjustment. After about 60 days, the price was adjusted on my Rag & Bone account but my CC had not been refunded. It is now day 80 of working with the Rag & Bone customer service reps and I still have not received my refund. I received an email stating that refund had not been processed 'due to high volume'. WTH does that mean? I'm sick of the vague responses and no refund. I've submitted a complaint with the BBB concerning Rag and Bone. I suggest that the rest of you do the same.
