“Purchased a 36v battery 30 days ago after 2 hours of use the battery is dead and will not charge”

Owner has turned off the main phone number will not return emails and has not returned any calls from the answering service in weeks. Looks like he absconded to Tamps and has another company called Icon Golf where he hides and fails to communicate from there also. Roy Williams, Icon Golf, NexGen Batteries, *******380, but he won't return your call.

Scam company. Ordered a 36V charger in June '23. They charged my CC but kept giving me excuses...
