I had a great time studying for my IELTS Academic Exam with Future Target Institute (https://ftiuae.com)
The entire team is very helpful and I learned Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking with British Council qualified teachers and trainers, the venue is very good for giving the exam in Dubai and I didn't have to travel very far from home either as the institute is very close by to my house in Al Nahda 2 Dubai.
Tip for consumers:
Have a clear idea of what you want to achieve before joining. Make use of the teachers offer for extra help as much as possible, talk to your classmates to improve confidence and have fun!
