Received a defective saree and the management started by arguing that it looks good to them (even after seeing the pictures/video). With lot of effort ready to take the return but is a painful and stressful process. If you are lucky you might get a good quality product. Otherwise get ready for a roller coaster ride and make sure you have a ton of time at hand to deal with customer service as they will make it difficult for you. After a ton of follow ups, was successful in getting back my money with of course some deducted fees but totally not worth my time. In today's world, this is not the experience one would hope for!
