Didn't get discount of 25% on this order (RCBA25WLSXNCJN) Only received 5 of 6 pairs of socks on previous order and was offered an exchange pair for oversold missing pair that wasn't in order or a refund for that single pair. I replied that a black or gray replacement pair would be fine with me, so to make it easy for all involved and received a reply saying you didn't have socks for singular sale and to request a refund or use missing socks as credit.
I really enjoy your product and was looking to orders of socks for Christmas presents this year. Go ahead and refund for my missing pair of socks and I will reply to latest email from you in the same. Please do not send duplicate refunds and do what you will on current 25% discount on this latest order and I will reconsider purchases for Christmas.
