“Horrible customer service terrible terrible company”

If you get locked out of your account it's impossible to get in touch with customer service - as you cannot connect with them unless you log in first but - if you can't log in then you're screwed and their stupid company will keep emailing you and there's no way to unsubscribe

Tip for consumers:
avoid them as their customer service doesn't exist
