Hi Everyone, This is another review about another so-called on-line store that sells wigs that seems to be ripping off consumers with their fake goods. I believe these online store that claimed to be self owned appeared to have their base in the US but what they do is to take your order then order from china and have them ship the product to you. I am a victim of this company who advertised wigs. I ordered 4 different products at different prices but received 4 of the same. When I contacted them they appeared to be apologetic however, they have only offered to reimburse 5% of the cost of the items telling me that's their policy. They told me not to return the product to the sender but to wait until they have supply me with a return address. I told them how displeased I was and that I would like to have 100% refund of my money as the advertisement, images and place of business are misleading. Up to this day, they have not responded to my email.
Consumers, be aware as these people set out to rob you of your hard earned money. All they do is read these reviews then change their name and website. I will never purchase wigs online again.
What is strikingly surprising about this is that they could not supply me a proper form to complete. The information requested was in an email in the form of a list. I wasted so much time to provide them with the information requested but was not refunded. This is a big red flag. I have attached photos of my order plus email.
