I placed an order and was told that the order would ship in 3-5 business days. After 7 business days I went to the website to check my order and it showed there was a 2 week delay. I called and told them to cancel my order. When I went back to check that the order had been canceled, it showed shipped. A week later I received 1 item from my order even though the website shows all 5 items shipped in one package. I am unable to contact them to find out if and when I might get the missing items.
