“Cake not delivered”

Pathetic customer service. Having received and confirmed the order the cake was never delivered. The Chat and phone service is dummy, as no one answers the call or responds to the chat. The marriage anniversary of my brother was completely spoiled because of the ridiculous service provided.
They are just fools operating on internet, and may be a fraud as well, instead of asnwering the call and assisting the customer, the rely on not asnwering the call.
Personal Suggestion, to never order from the site. I would also send my review to Paypal.
