Warranty process is trash. Seems like they are only eager to take care of the job to get paid. If they have to go back they schedule you far out and seems like they put you on the back burner. I redid my back yard with these guys in September of 21 and I am still not able to use my putting green. It is basically useless. I have been complaining about imperfections for months and i am still not able to get job done. I spent about 20k on this project and would definitely not recommend them to anyone.
Tip for consumers:
i would confirm warranty process before dealing with this company before using them.

artificial turf was installed along with putting green.
